Although many people today fail to recognize it, there is an international, second generation weather modification program currently ongoing. It is evidenced by the long white lines in the sky emanating from jet aircraft which often stretch from horizon to horizon. These emissions are not water vapor. These emissions are particulate matter and they behave accordingly. These atmospheric particles are manipulated with electromagnetic energy in order to modify and even control the weather. Understanding this, it is not surprising that there is a long, chronologically-consistent history of such a weather modification program. Beginning over 100 years ago, this presentation covers the history of the biggest scientific effort ever.
