Enes Kanter Freedom is a Turkish-American former professional basketball player who last played for the Boston Celtics and lost his NBA career for refusing to stay silent. A fierce critic of tyranny in China and Turkey, he's faced arrest warrants, death threats, and exile — all for defending basic human rights.

From wearing “Anti-CCP” shoes on the court to speaking out for Uygurs, Tibetans, and political prisoners worldwide, Freedom’s courage has come at a cost.

Now an American citizen, he continues to fight for liberty — at home and abroad.
