Catherine Austin Fitts is a nationally known financial expert, investment banker, and former senior U.S. government official with deep experience at the highest levels of Wall Street and Washington.
She served as Assistant Secretary of Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner in the George H.W. Bush Administration (1989–1990), overseeing $50–100 billion in annual mortgage insurance and the servicing of $320 billion in mortgages and properties. Prior to government service, she was a Managing Director and Board member at elite investment bank Dillon, Read & Co. Inc.
In 1991 she founded The Hamilton Securities Group, closing over $25 billion in transactions and pioneering advanced financial software tools. Since 1998 she has been President of Solari, Inc. and publisher of The Solari Report, a leading independent intelligence service on finance, politics, and freedom.
